Interviewing with a new company is hard. Interviews can be anxiety-inducing and time-consuming. But they can also be an amazing opportunity for you to learn as much as you can about your potential new work environment.

After all, you are making a life-altering decision, and you should have as much information as you need to make an informed decision!

As I always say, Interviews should be a two-way street: the company is interviewing you, sure! But you’re also interviewing them and learning whether you’d like to join them.

  • What does Diversity mean to this company?
  • How do you attract, nurture and grow Diverse Talent?
  • Is your ED&I data available online?
  • Can you tell me…
