I'm Dani Herrera, a bilingual, award-winning, certified DE&I Consultant with 17+ years of global experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment, Leadership, and People Management.

I'm also a Speaker, a Founding Partner at Allies in Recruiting, and a NASA Astrophysics IDEA Practitioners Database Panelist.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina but have been working in NYC for the last 6 years. When I'm not reading and geeking out, I'm probably working and writing.
