I read a lot. Like, a lot a lot. About 100–120 books a year — yeah, I don’t know how either!

Reading, for me, has always been a form of self-care. I enjoy reading fiction, sci-fi, and fantasy to take my mind off things and concentrate while I perform other tasks. Audiobooks are my best friend nowadays!

I could speak about my favorite fiction books for years on end but today, I want to take a moment to recognize, amplify, and support some of the amazing ED&I books and authors that ground me and elevate my understanding and work.

So, if you’re looking to read ED&I books and don’t know where to start, I’d love to recommend a few of my favorites.

A few notes before we get started:

  • These are just A FEW! Of my favorites. I strongly encourage you to research and discover more books and authors.
  • I’ve listed my favorite books in no particular order.
