I could speak about my favorite fiction books for years on end but today, I want to take a moment to recognize, amplify, and support some of the amazing ED&I books and authors that ground me and elevate my understanding and work.
So, if you’re looking to read ED&I books and don’t know where to start, I’d love to recommend a few of my favorites.
A few notes before we get started:
- Not all of these books were published in 2022.

- I’ve listed my favorite books in no particular order.
- If you feel inspired by this list, please make an effort to get these books from your local library or small-business bookstore.
