5 Steps to Foster a More Inclusive Company Culture

Building, nurturing, and maintaining a healthy and inclusive culture takes effort and commitment. It’s not a one-and-done type of initiative.
It’s an ongoing and never-ending effort.

Building an inclusive culture is about all those little things, systems, and practices we take for granted and making sure that, when we add them all up, the result is a core value we can identify with… a core value that is inherently equitable and inclusive and that can be transferred, and easily identified, in how we do things.

And more importantly, in how we value (and treat!) our teams.

Nurturing an inclusive culture doesn’t happen overnight, but I’d love to show you 5 easy, actionable steps that you could start implementing pretty much right now… especially if you’re working towards a company culture that respects and encourages a work/life balance!

Don’t allow back-to-back meetings.

Encourage your employees to block time off their calendars to create buffers between meetings. And ask everyone to respect those buffer…
