All of those sound a bit problematic too - for multiple different reasons:

- Right hand man is heavily gendered and might exclude candidates from the get go!

- Deals with ambiguity: that phrase is so vague! It can literally mean anything.

- Self Starter isn't as bad BUT I'd be cautious to learn more about the company's onboarding and training processes.
