As you might already know, before doing ED&I work, I was a Recruiter for over 15 years. I worked in countless industries around the Globe, including Technology, Advertising, Marketing, and Business.

As such, I’ve spent thousands of hours reading, reviewing, and editing resumes and LinkedIn Profiles. I’ve interviewed thousands of people and worked with hundreds of Hiring Managers.

I’ve coached Junior and Senior talent on resume writing alike and have seen how other Recruiters and Staffing Agencies approach resume reading.
