Oh, absolutely. And that's why companies are having a hard time keeping up with pay transparency and all the potential negative effects it might bring.

But, in my opinion, that's the perfect opportunity to implement more transparent and open pay policies. The more everyone knows about their role, pay, and benefits the less conflict and inequitable practices :)
