How to Know Your Interview Process Will Be Great: Six Green Flags That Will Help You Identify a Great Recruiter

I’ve worked in Recruitment for 17+ years. As such, I interviewed, hired, trained, and mentored dozens of Recruiters. I also co-founded a volunteer-led organization, Allies in Recruiting, that focuses on helping Recruiters and HR Professionals become the best and most inclusive Talent Professionals they can be. These are the positive traits I usually look for when working with other Recruiters.

First things first: I’m not going to sit here and pretend that Recruiters are perfect because that’s not true. There are some fantastic recruiters out there! But there are also a few that aren’t that great and harm the candidates’ experience and the recruiters’ reputation as a whole.

I usually cover red flags and inequitable hiring processes (extensively!) so you have all the tools and knowledge you need to find the best and most inclusive workplace possible. But sometimes, I admit, I forget to focus on the positive! So today, I want to do something a bit different:
