It looks like you missed the part of my post where I go over how women, and specifically women from historically excluded communities, have been facing these issues for decades - but no actual hard data was ever recorded and qualitative data from culture/engagement surveys isn't taken into consideration. At least not at a global scale. It might be considered within a team or a specific organization, but not nation wide.
If you happen to be interested in previous reports, Lean In & McKinsey share their findings on a yearly basis. Last year, their focus was on burnout and hiring.
... and speaking of hiring, I'm glad you worked on "diverse teams" in the past. However, that's not something I discussed on this particular post.
