4 Easy Things to Try When a Recruiter Ghosts You

Last week, I showed you the many reasons why Recruiters ghost their candidates, but we never really talked about what to do if you don’t receive any feedback after an interview.

So, let me share a few tips you could keep in mind moving forward!

Now, before we even get started, let me remind you that getting ghosted is not your fault.

It’s a very unprofessional and disrespectful practice, even when the Recruiter didn’t mean to ghost you in the first place. Your time, energy, effort, and experience are valuable!

If you don’t believe that following these suggestions will serve you, and you’d very much prefer to withdraw yourself from an interview process, that’s completely fine too!

You come first. And you need to make decisions that put you first, too.
