Job Seekers who had to navigate an interview process this year quickly realized how brutal the market was: thousands of applicants per role, inequitable and unfair interview processes, companies cutting down on their benefits and perks, and less available WFH or hybrid work opportunities.

On top of that, Job Seekers also had to face grueling and never-ending interview processes!

They’ve probably met one or two (or more!) Recruiters who ghosted them completely; met with Hiring Managers who really didn’t know what they were doing; and completed many interview processes without any notes or feedback on their performance or skills.

Depending on the Job Seeker’s industry, getting an offer in 2023 takes anything between 43 days to 3 months. And that's for *one* role.
